On any vendor card or detail page, click the green "Chat" button.

Open Chat
On any vendor card or detail page, click the green "Chat" button.

Start Conversation
Type your message and send. The vendor will be notified and can respond.

View Conversations
Go to your dashboard → "Conversations" to see all your active chats.

Receive Replies
You'll see a notification badge when vendors reply. Check the chat icon in the navigation bar.
